Sofitel Manila Half Marathon 2/e, 16 Aug. 2015

Five-star luxury resort hotel Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila will bring you back the Sofitel Manila Half Marathon on August 16.  The Sofitel Manila Half Marathon was first held in 2014 with over 4,500 runners.  This year Sofitel Manila Half Marathon includes three categories, namely: 5K (PHP750) – 5:45 AM, 10K PHP 850  – 5:30 AM and 21K (PHP 950) – 4:00 AM.

“With the Sofitel Manila Half Marathon, we hope to create a bigger platform and be among the world’s most popular running events attracting both amateur and professional runners. This [half] marathon is dedicated to the children of the Virlanie Foundation as we strive to make a difference in the lives of the children of Manila,” shares coach Rio de la Cruz.   The 2015 Sofitel Manila Half Marathon will be held at the Mall of Asia Grounds.

All participants will receive event race bibs, singlet and finisher’s loot bag.  Half marathon runners will also receive a finisher’s shirt and medal.   Prizes await the winners.
