Summer Running Clinic for Kids 2016

School’s almost over … time to enroll your kids to the first ever Summer Running Clinic to be conducted by IAAF certified Level 4 Coach Saturnino Salazar.  “This is to help develop kids to be physically active. Para magkaroon sila ng back ground sa athletics. ‘Pag magsimula sila ng bata pa ay mas mabilis mag improve ang kanilang skills for training for a specific event paglaki nila,” said coach Salazar.

For 12 and 13 years old, there’ll be different styles and skills to follow.  The children will be exposed to more drills to develop their running form.  “For the girls who continued to train with me, lahat sila ay nag-qualify sa NCR Palarong Pambansa.  One year of serious training was done on the track oval instead of the usual fun run,” added coach Salazar.

For more information and details, please see poster below.  For updates, please visit Up and Running with Coach Salazar Facebook Page.
